Our mission for Wagoner Family Health Clinic is to serve our local community and expand access to quality patient-centered healthcare by partnering with patients to achieve their health goals.

The Staff, Dr. Luke and Dr. Rebekah are the absolute best!! I've been with them for almost a year now and my diabetes is controlled for the first time since I was diagnosed and Rebekah found my kidney cancer by 'accident' and it was taken care of with surgery only because it was detected so early! My oldest daughter uses this office and my youngest will begin to use them next month; I have NO doubts that my girls will be in EXCELLENT hands with both Luke and Rebekah!

Husband works away, needed to be seen, Wagoner Health Clinic was able to get him in and help him! Luke Wagoner was amazing and was able to convince my husband to schedule further appointments for wellness checks! I appreciate all they were able to help with for the safety of my husband as he travels!

Love love love this office. Two doctors and nurse that cares about you so much. They go above and beyond every time I’m there. They are very attentive to your needs and get you in same day. I’m so happy I found them I’ve been going since 2023 and don’t think I’d find better drs for primary.
